About Us
Starting in 2015...
After working in private education for 6 years, our founders noticed that there was a need to support students in underserved communities. Members of Red Bag Foundation used personal funds to provide school supplies and backpacks at the beginning of each school year. Strong relationships were formed between our volunteers and families in the community. These relationships provided insight into the living situation of K-12 students where practical assistance was needed. There are several students who lack proper bedding, workspace, and at times proper attire for school. Red Bag Foundation was founded to serve as an intermediary between under privileged families and volunteers. We hope to continue our mission of bringing resources, kindness and awareness to our community.
